About Our Department
Serving approximately 2700 residents within the five square miles of our community, the Lake Shastina Police Department has operated since 1978. The department currently consists of a Chief of Police, Police Sergeant, two Police Officers, and several volunteers.
Mission Statement:
The mission of the Lake Shastina Police Department is to work in partnership with the community to protect life and property, solve neighborhood problems and enhance the quality of life in our community.
We, the members of the Lake Shastina Police Department, are committed to providing service with understanding, performance with integrity and law enforcement with vision.
Report a Crime
This page is for either non-emergency contact with a member of our department, or to report a “cold” or non-emergency property crime. Examples include, returning home to notice an unsecured bicycle was stolen at an unknown time with no information on a suspect, or a vehicle having been vandalized at an unknown time with no witnesses or suspect information. For any other reports, please call 911 emergency as appropriate, or our on-call Officer line.
